Access To Earn Decent Income
IN ORDER TO USE EARN DECENT INCOME, WE REQUIRE YOU TO BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE, OR BE SUPERVISED BY A LEGAL GUARDIAN.
Service Description
Earn Decent Income offers users access to a collection of financial and other business related content, various communication tools, and personalized content. You must also understand and agree that these services may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for Earn Decent Income to provide you proper service. You must also know that any services include certain communications from Earn Decent Income, such as announcements, administrative messages and our newsletter. These communications are considered part of your membership, and are not subject to change by the customer. Unless stated otherwise, any new features that are subject to the Terms of Use. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "as is" and that Earn Decent Income assumes zero responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, failure to store any user communications or settings. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service, and are liable for any third party fees. In addition, you are responsible for all equipment used for the Service.
Obligations
You acknowledge you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not legally barred from participating in any EDI services. You acknowledge and agree to: (1) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's registration form and (2) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If any of this information is inaccurate or incomplete, Earn Decent Income reserves the right to acquire any necessary information. Earn Decent Income also reserves the right to terminate your account, and ban you, if you have misrepresented yourself in any way.

You will receive a password and account designation once you sign-up and complete the registration process. The confidentiality of your account is your responsibility, as well as any conduct that occurs under your account. You acknowledge and agree to (1) promptly notify Earn Decent Income of any unauthorized use of your account, and (2) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Earn Decent Income is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply to the above terms.

You are prohibited from using any services or facilities provided in connection with this site to compromise security or tamper with system resources or accounts. If your doing so is discovered, your account will be deleted, you will be banned, and the proper authorities contacted. You will NOT use password or networking cracking tools. If you violate any of these terms, you will be banned without question or notice, and this ban will never be lifted.
Earn Decent Income fully cooperates with government agencies, including law enforcement. We will report you should you violate these service terms.
UPON ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT, YOU WAIVE EARN DECENT INCOME FROM ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM OUR ACTION IN THE FULFILLMENT OF UPHOLDING THESE TERMS, INCLUDING ANY INVESTIGATIONS BY EITHER EARN DECENT INCOME OR THE AUTORITIES.
Activation of Account
We occasionally offer Earn Decent Income subscriptions at reduced prices, or for no charge. If you take advantage of these promotions, you might be required to perform certain actions in order to activate your account, including but not limited to visiting our sponsors' and/or advertisers' sites and/or completing their special offer. Offers will vary and some offers may require a purchase to qualify.
Your Conduct
You agree, acknowledge, and understand that any and all information, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which the information originated. You, not Earn Decent Income, are responsible for all information you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Service. Earn Decent Income does not control the information posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such information. 4. forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any information transmitted through the Service;
5. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any information that you do not have a right to make available under any law or contractual information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements;
6. upload, post, email, transmit or make available any information that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of anyone;
7. upload, post, email, transmit or make available unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "ponzi schemes," or any other form of solicitation;
8. upload, post, email, transmit or make available any material that contains computer viruses or any type of programming, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the usability of any computer software or hardware or equipment;
9. disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, cause a screen to "scroll" faster than other users of the Service are able to type, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability, enjoyment, and functionality;
10. interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service;
11. intentionally or unintentionally violate any local, state, national or international law;
12. harass another;
13. collect or store personal information about other users.
You agree, acknowledge, and understand that Earn Decent Income may not pre-screen information, but that Earn Decent Income has the right to refuse or move any information that is available via the Service. Without limiting the foregoing, Earn Decent Income has the right to remove any information that violates these terms. You agree, acknowledge, and understand agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any information, including the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such information, You agree, acknowledge, and understand that you may not rely on any information created by Earn Decent Income, including any information contained in message boards or other facets of our service.
You agree, acknowledge, understand, and consent that Earn Decent Income might access, preserve, and disclose your account information and information if required to do so by law.
You agree, acknowledge, and understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your information, may involve (1) transmissions over networks; and (2) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
You understand that the Service and software embodied within the Service may include security components that permit digital materials to be protected, and use of these materials is subject to usage rules set by Earn Decent Income and our content providers. You may not attempt to override or circumvent any of the usage rules embedded into the Service. Any unauthorized reproduction, publication, further distribution or public exhibition of the materials provided on the Service, in whole or in part, is prohibited.
Content Submitted or Made Available For Inclusion
Earn Decent Income does not claim ownership of information you submit or make available for inclusion. However, with respect to information you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the Service, you grant Earn Decent Income the following world-wide, royalty free and non-exclusive license(s):
* With respect to information you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of Earn Decent Income, the license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such information on the Service solely for the purposes of providing and promoting the specific Earn Decent Income site to which such information was submitted or made available. This license exists only for as long as you elect to continue to include such information on the Service and will terminate at the time you remove or Earn Decent Income removes such information.

"Publicly accessible areas of the Service are those areas of the Earn Decent network of properties that are intended by Earn Decent Income to be available to the general public. By way of example, publicly accessible areas of the Service would include Earn Decent Income discussion mediums.
The Resale of Service Is Prohibited
You agree, acknowledge, and understand that you are not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service. This includes your account information.
Service Modifications
Earn Decent Income has and reserves the legal right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service without notice. Termination
You agree that Earn Decent Income may immediately terminate you account for any reason.

Earn Decent Income Proprietary Rights
You acknowledge and agree that the Service and any necessary software used in connection with the Service contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. You further acknowledge and agree that information contained in sponsor advertisements or information presented to you through the Service or advertisers is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws.
Earn Decent Income allows you a personal, non-transferable right and license to use the object code of its Software on a single computer; provided that you do not and do not allow any third party software to copy, modify, reverse engineer, reverse assemble or attempt to discover any source code, sell, assign, sublicense, grant a security interest in or otherwise transfer any right in the Software. You agree not to modify the Software in any manner or form, or to use modified versions of the Software, including for the purpose of obtaining unauthorized access to the Service.
YOU AGREE, ACKNOWLEDGE, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE THAT:
1. YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE OF OUR SERVICE.
2. EARN DECENT INCOME MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, AND (V) ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.
3. ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS DONE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE IT MAY CAUSE.
4. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM EARN DECENT OR THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED
5. SOME USERS MAY EXPERIENCE EPILEPTIC SEIZURES WHEN EXPOSED TO CERTAIN LIGHT PATTERNS OR BACKGROUNDS ON A COMPUTER SCREEN OR WHILE USING THE SERVICE. EARN DECENT INCOME IS NOT LIABLE IN ANY WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM SHOULD THIS HAPPEN WHEN USING OUR SERVICE
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
YOU AGREE, ACKNOWLEDGE, AND UNDERSTAND THAT EARN DECENT INCOME IS NOT RESPONSIBLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES
LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
